For resale homes, we offer a limited number of serious showings, contracts and amendments, negotiations, and final walkthroughs. We guide you through the entire process from start to finish. For new construction homes, the builder handles showings and contracts, which is why our rebate is larger for those types of homes. While we won't serve as a delivery person for your checks or accompany you to closing, we will ensure your closing statement is correct and provide support throughout the process. Many clients are happy to forego full-service treatment to receive thousands of dollars back at closing instead.

  • Maximize your savings when buying a home with our exclusive rebate program! Don't miss out on the opportunity to receive a 2% or 2.5% rebate at closing. Rebates are applied during the closing process and appear on the closing statement, and if you're using a mortgage, you'll be happy to know that rebates are allowed by most lenders.     Our rebate program is based on a 3% commission, and for purchases below $300k, there is a minimum broker commission of $3000 for resale and $1500 for new construction. You can take advantage of a 2.5% new home rebate when buying homes sold through salespeople in model homes representing builders who use their own contracts, where broker assistance is minimal. Additionally, boutique builders that use third-party listing agents are considered as resales, and rebates may be reduced for distressed properties, corporate listings, or when clients require multiple showings and/or offers, or when a builder requires us to be present at your showing.

    Rebates are smaller for homes <$300k. A rebate payment is subject to the consent of the party the license holder represents in the transaction.
